Shipping: 

We currently limit shipping to Canada.  

St. Andrews Customers:  We are happy to deliver your purchases to your doorstep. Once your items are ready for delivery, we will reach out to confirm.

All other customers:  Canada Post is our preferred shipping carrier.  Packages will ship within 2-3 business days.  

If you would like to ship a product as a gift, please indicate this in your order comments. We will remove any pricing, invoices, or receipts from your package and send them via email.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online order from Kingsbrae Garden Gift Shop, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase.  Please include a copy of your receipt or confirmation email with your return. 

In order to receive a full refund, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Be in original packaging with tags attached
• Show no signs of damage or tampering
